Notes:
In this occasion it may not be possible to fit a long banquette table due to space constraints, but it is possible to place some tables together for larger groups. All in all, we will keep the familiar atmosphere and you will be able to chat to other guests next to you, specially during “Cafecito Time”, the last course.

-> Some less known ingredients:
– Malanga (also known as eddo or cocoyam) is a root vegetable similar to potato, very appreciated in Cuba. It is boiled until tender and served with a traditional Cuban mojo sauce.
– Yuca or cassava is another delicious root vegetable. It will be boiled until tender and served with a traditional Cuban mojo sauce.
– Mojo is a classic Cuban sauce of garlic, olive oil, citrus and onions, and it is drizzled over most meats, root vegetables and other dishes.
– Achiote or annatto is the traditional natural condiment and flavouring for Cuban yellow rice and other dishes. It could be a substitute for saffron.
– Flan is the Cuban creamy version of a the creme caramel, made with eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk and sugar caramel sauce.
