- To the jug of a high-speed blender, add the puffed wheat cereal, milk, sugar, ice cream, ground cinnamon and crushed ice.
- Blend until all the ingredients are integrated and the consistency is smooth and frothy.
- Adjust sugar if necessary. Serve in a glass jar and enjoy!

If your blender is not a powerful one, add the crushed ice to the jar instead. Then pour over the milkshake when ready.
Some blenders may not be fast enough to integrate properly the puffed wheat cereal with the milk. In this case, add the cereal to the blender but only with half of the milk. Blend, then add the remaining milk and the other ingredients. Blend everything until smooth.
This recipe specifies 45 g of puffed wheat cereal if it is plain, and 70 g if it comes coated in honey. This is to achieve approximately the same flavour with both cereal options, since the puffed wheat cereal coated in honey weighs more than the plain one.
